SOUNDPROOF CASEMENT WINDOWS
The elegance of casement windows was once the height of sophistication, highly desired for their finely detailed lattices and gothic arches. Now with our soundproof casement windows, you get all the style of yesteryear along with the heightened noise reduction and thermal efficiency values of modern design.
Available in our Soundpoof, Soundproof+ and Ultra range, we can offer up to 51dB noise reduction values, with designs customised to suit your home.
The Science of Soundproof Casement
Our soundproof casement windows stop noise entering your home by distorting the wave and dissipating its energy. With high performance seals, specialist acoustic glazing and an updated design, our products are top of the line, providing the greatest reductions available on the market.
Noise Reduction Glass
All sounds reverberate at different frequencies. In order to dampen them, you need to confuse the wave pattern so that it dissipates rather than entering your home.
By using different thicknesses of glass, according to your specific noise source, soundproof casement windows break up the soundwave, stopping it dead in its tracks.
These windows are finished with the best sealants available, closing any gaps and preventing any draughts or annoying noises entering your home.
LOCKS & HANDLES
By using the best lock and handle systems available, you can keep your home safe, secure and soundproofed.

OUR ULTRA RANGE
Having spent over 6 months in research and development, we’re proud to announce our most advanced noise reduction casement windows: the Ultra.
Traditional timber frames are pretty limited in the weight that they can support, but we’ve changed that. Using engineered wood in a multilayer design, we’ve strengthened the frame, the hinges and our fixings so that we can include top of the range 51dB triple glazing.
Though we’ve worked hard on providing excellent noise reduction, we’ve worked equally hard to maintain the traditional aesthetic of the casement windows we know and love. As with all of our casement windows, our Ultra range can be customised to complement your existing frames.

DEPENDING UPON THE SIZE OF YOUR ORDER
All of our soundproof casement windows are made to order and, as you know, perfection takes time. Before manufacturing begins, we need to survey your property, which will be scheduled in the first couple of weeks. From the time the order is placed until installation generally takes between 10-12 weeks.
We’d rather help you find the right product than just any old product. So whether you want to talk to us about our soundproof casement windows, or simply about how noise reduction windows work, we’ll be glad to help.
- How much do soundproof casement windows cost?
Our soundproof casement windows start from £895 per window.
- How long does installation take?
From the time an order is placed for our windows till final installation tends to take between 10-12 weeks. Installation itself tends to take around 1 day per window per team, and we have four installation teams available.
Our installation crew will be happy to remove and dispose of your old windows, and will ensure that the site is cleaned after the job has been completed.
- What guarantees do you have?
All of our Soundproof casement windows come with a 10 year insurance backed guarantee from the Consumer Protection Association. We are also enrolled on the Buy With Confidence Scheme and have been approved by Trading Standards.
- What glass do you use?
For our Soundproof casement windows we use St. Gobain’s acoustic PVB laminated safety glass. This glazing consists of two or more sheets of glass bonded together by one or more acoustic Polyvinyl Butyral interlayer, known as PVB.
- How good are your windows at reducing noise?
Our casement windows boast up to a 51dB reduction in noise pollution in our Ultra range. However, we also install windows with 40dB, 43dB and 45dB glass. What we will recommend will depend on:
– how severe your noise complaint is
– what the main source of the noise complaint is
– the results of our on-site sound survey
– your budget
