HIGH PERFORMANCE TILT & TURN WINDOWS
Leading the line in noise reduction, these High Performance Tilt & Turn Windows are, quite simply, the best. They offer up to 51dB noise reduction – more than any other timber window currently on the market.
WHY THEY'RE SO GOOD
Like our other products the High Performance Tilt & Turn Window prevents sound from entering your home by distorting the wave and dissipating its energy. Unlike our other windows they offer a staggering reduction of up to 51dB. This is an improved noise performance of 35% compared to our next-best window, and 75% compared to standard double glazing.
How? Because we spent months in research and development, tweaking all the tiny little details to provide you with a solution that will stop sound dead.
TRIPLE GLAZING
Traditional timber frames are pretty limited in the weight that they can support, but we’ve changed that. Using engineered wood in a multilayer design, we’ve strengthened the frame, the hinges and our fixings so that we can include top of the range 51dB triple glazing.
TRADITIONAL DESIGN
Though we’ve worked hard on providing excellent noise reduction, we’ve worked equally hard to maintain the traditional aesthetic of the casement windows we know and love.
TILT & TURN
Safe and secure, with a multi-point locking system, our tilt & turn windows open inwards 90° from the side and can be tilted from the top for effective ventilation.

FAQs
-
What is a tilt and turn window?
A tilt and turn window is a window that can open 180° from the side, or be tilted open from the top or the bottom. By tilting the window open you can improve ventilation in your home while keeping your home secure and child-safe.
The beauty of our tilt and turn windows is our multipoint locking mechanism. When locked it keeps the windows shut incredibly tight, preventing any noise transference around the frame. This is the reason why our windows can boast a remarkable 51dB reduction in noise.
-
Are tilt and turn windows secure?
Yes. Tilt and turn windows are designed to be opened both ways safely and securely. Latches prevent the window being open too far when tilted, and also make the window child-safe.
Our tilt and turn windows come fitted with toughened glass to prevent any outside interference with the glazing. The hinges are also concealed when closed to prevent tampering.
-
How much do tilt and turn windows cost?
Our soundproof tilt and turn windows start from £1,822.00.
-
How do tilt and turn windows work?
Our tilt and turn windows open inwards. The tilt function lets you tilt the window open from the top by approximately 10cm, in order to ventilate your property. The turn function allows you to open the window from the side by a full 180°. When it comes to soundproofing, these windows have a multipoint locking mechanism which ensures there are no air gaps around the frame through which sound can sneak in.
